I wanted to write a brief note to confirm that my order arrived today in good condition, and to take the time to thank you for such a high level of customer service with respect to this order.
You took the time to tell me the order was delayed, offered me an alternative to speed things up, and responded to my inquiries quickly and professionally. I tend to order a number of things online, and I'm routinely disappointed with the service I receive... I wasn't this time (in fact, quite the opposite is true) so wanted to take the time to acknowledge your efforts.
